ADMISSIONS OPEN FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2027–2028

Admissions are open for Nursery, Junior KG, Senior KG and Grade 1 for the Academic Year 2027–2028.

Parents are requested to take note of the following points before filling in the online application form for new admissions.

Age Criteria for Pre-Primary and Grade 1:

• Nursery : 3 years completed by 1^st June 2027
• Junior KG : 4 years completed by 1^st June 2027
• Senior KG : 5 years completed by 1^st June 2027
• Grade 1 : 6 years completed by 1^st June 2027

Documents Required:

Before initiating the online application process, parents are advised to keep the following scanned documents (soft copies) ready for uploading.

After submitting the application online, kindly submit the printed application form, along with the necessary documents listed below, at the school office at the time of the interview.

• Birth Certificate with the student’s name entered on the certificate, issued by the Corporation/Municipality (Xerox copy).
• Passport-size photograph of the student.
• Caste Certificate of the student for SC/ST/OBC categories (Xerox copy).
• Aadhaar Card of the student (Xerox copy).

Please Note:

• While filling in the application form, please ensure that the student’s and parents’ names are entered correctly as per the Birth Certificate. For new admissions to Grade 2 and above, the names must match both the Birth Certificate and Transfer Certificate.
• 1 passport-size photograph of the student must be submitted to the school office once the admission is confirmed.
• For new admissions to Grade 2 and above, the original Transfer Certificate (TC) with Pen Number and APAAR ID must be submitted latest by 10^th June 2027. If the TC is not submitted by the scheduled date, the admission will be automatically cancelled.
• An original SATS Transfer Certificate must also be submitted for students transferring from other schools within the state of Karnataka, latest by 10^th June 2027.
• There will be no entrance test for Pre-Primary admissions. An interview with the Principal will be conducted, during which both parents and the student must be present. The date of the interview will be communicated through SMS, email or phone.

Grades I to VI will have an entrance test, and shortlisted students will be called for an interview.

Important Information:

• Admissions to Grades I to VI will be limited for the Academic Year 2027–2028.
• Kannada as a second language from Grade 1 onwards is compulsory, as per the rules of the Department of Education, Government of Karnataka.
• Students appearing for the entrance test must report 15 minutes before the scheduled time with all the necessary writing materials. Answer sheets will be provided by the school.
• The date and time of the entrance test will be communicated to parents through email and SMS on their registered mobile number.
• The application fee of ₹551/- is non-refundable.
• Successful submission of an application does not guarantee admission.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview after the applications have been scrutinized.
• Admission will be confirmed only after the interview/entrance test and completion of all admission formalities. Admission decisions will be at the discretion of the Management.
• Application forms are available online on our school website. Forms will not be issued at the school office.
