The admission process comprises of the following stages:
Obtaining Application Form for Registration from St. Francis School office with a nominal registration fee.
Submitting the duly filled application for Admission to St. Francis School
Acceptance of admission by the parents, submission of the documents and payment of the fees
Confirmation of admission by St Francis School
Registration and Admission
The Registration forms, along with the prospectus, are available from the school office. The Registration/ admission forms should be filled and signed only by both the parents. In case the form is filled by the guardian of the child, it should be stated clearly on the form. The application form is not transferable. Parents should take utmost care while filling up the form.Date of Birth and Name once registered will not be altered.
The school reserves the right to admit the pupil to a class suited to his/
her level. Admission is finalized strictly on merit after screening and interaction as per the decision of the management and payment of theprescribed fee.
All the payments are to be paid through Gaurdian bank only. Fees once paid are not refundable on any account. Fees are subject to revision at the discretion of the management.
Students and Parents are required to abide by the rules and regulations of the school.
The academic year commences in June and ends in March every year. The school closes for summer vacations on 10th April to the end of May.
There is a short autumn break in October during the Dusshera/Diwali and a winter break in December. Fees to be paid for twelve months of the academic year.
Registration Information
Registration for Admission for Nursery will be available from 2nd week of September for both girls and boys.
Duly filled in form should be submitted at the counter within three days.
Kindly ensure that the application for Registration is complete in all respects, so as to facilitate the admission process.

The school management would be happy to accommodate all the admission seekers; however, given the constraints of place and regulations we are not in a position to please all. Kindly understand our limitation. And, in view of this please do not solely rely on seeking admission in this school alone. You should keep other options open.
